Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in the original compostable mailer and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
